1. About This Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings made through travelglobeusa.co.in (the “Site”), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking, submitting a deposit, or otherwise using the Site, you (“Traveler”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Company Information

  • Legal entity name: [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]
  • Registered office address: [REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS]
  • Business registration number (EIN): [EIN NUMBER]
  • State of incorporation: [STATE OF INCORPORATION]
  • Customer support phone: [BUSINESS PHONE NUMBER]
  • Customer support email: [SUPPORT EMAIL ADDRESS]

3. Booking & Confirmation

  • A minimum deposit of 25%–50% of the total package price is required at the time of booking, with the balance due no later than [NUMBER] days before departure.
  • A booking is provisional until the Company has received the required deposit and has received written confirmation of allocation from the relevant third-party suppliers (hotel, ground transport, permits, etc.). We do not confirm a booking to a Traveler before vendor allocation is locked, and a provisional booking may be released if the deposit is not received within 48 hours of the provisional hold.
  • Upon confirmation, a confirmation voucher will be issued. The voucher is valid only for the dates, names, and services specified and must be presented (digitally or printed) at the time of service.
  • Booking transfers to another traveler are permitted up to [NUMBER] days before departure, subject to supplier approval and a transfer fee of [FEE/PERCENTAGE]. Transfers are not guaranteed if a supplier’s own policy prohibits name changes.
  • All travelers must carry a valid, government-issued photo ID matching the name on the booking. For international travel, a passport valid for at least six months beyond the return date is required. It is the Traveler’s sole responsibility to obtain any visas, permits, or vaccinations required for the itinerary.

4. Scope of Service — Inclusions & Exclusions

Each tour package page states the specific inclusions and exclusions for that itinerary. Unless explicitly listed as included on the relevant package page, the following are excluded from the package price:

  • International and domestic flights
  • Visa fees and travel insurance
  • Meals not specifically listed as included
  • Permits, entry fees, toll taxes, and parking charges not explicitly listed as included
  • Personal expenses, gratuities/tips, and optional activities
  • Costs arising from flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes made by airlines or other third-party vendors
  • Medical expenses, including any required health testing

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are subject to a time-tiered fee schedule. See our full Cancellation & Refund Policy for the exact schedule, notice requirements, and processing timelines. In summary:

Notice Before Departure Refund
30+ days 90% (10% administrative/banking fee deducted)
15–29 days 50%
7–14 days 25%
Under 7 days / no-show 0% (non-refundable)

Non-refundable third-party costs (e.g. flights, rail bookings, national park or safari permits) are deducted from the booking value before the applicable percentage above is calculated. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to [SUPPORT EMAIL ADDRESS]; the cancellation date is the date we receive the written request, not the date of booking.

6. Refund Policy

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days of written confirmation, back to the original payment method used at booking. Payment gateway and banking convenience charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

7. Force Majeure

Where a trip is disrupted or cannot proceed due to natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemic-related restrictions, strikes, political unrest, or government travel restrictions, the Company will make reasonable efforts to recover value from suppliers but cannot guarantee a full cash refund, as many suppliers apply their own non-refundable terms. Where recoverable, the Company will offer, at its discretion, a credit shell (valid 12 months from issue) or a cash refund net of non-recoverable third-party costs. Non-recoverable supplier costs incurred due to a force majeure event are borne by the Traveler unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Liability & Disclaimer

  • The Company acts as an agent/facilitator between the Traveler and independent third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, ground transport operators, activity operators). Except where required by law, the Company is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, delays, or negligence of these independent third parties.
  • The Company’s liability for loss of baggage, personal injury, or property damage is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and, where relevant, the liability terms of the responsible third-party carrier or operator.
  • Adventure, off-road, and physically demanding activities are undertaken at the Traveler’s own risk. Travelers must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to safely participate and must confirm their fitness to travel.
  • Travelers are strongly advised to obtain personal travel and medical insurance covering trip cancellation, medical evacuation, and baggage loss for the full duration of travel. [The Company may make proof of insurance mandatory for specific adventure itineraries — confirm per itinerary.]

9. Payment, Pricing & Security

All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes, service fees, and payment gateway surcharges, where they apply, are itemized separately and shown before final checkout confirmation — no hidden fees are added after you have reviewed your total.

Current status: online payment processing is not yet active on this Site. [Describe current booking/payment process here, e.g. manual invoicing and bank transfer, until a payment gateway is integrated.] Once online checkout is enabled, all payments will be processed through a PCI-DSS compliant, SSL/TLS-encrypted payment gateway with 3D Secure authentication, and a digital receipt containing an itemized breakdown and a unique booking reference will be issued immediately upon successful payment.

10. Grievance Redressal

If you have a concern about your booking, please see our full Grievance Redressal process, including our Grievance Officer’s contact details and response turnaround times.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [GOVERNING STATE], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or a booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in [COUNTY/STATE].

12. Amendments

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the Site or a subsequent booking after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
